General conditions 2022 – Mobile Home rental

The reservation will be taken into account:

• With the agreement of the reservations manager,
• With your signature located at the bottom of the 2022 booking form,
• With your payment of 30% of the total amount of your stay + 10 € administration fees. The amount of your deposit can be paid by credit card on our online site.
• An acknowledgment of receipt will then be sent to you by e-mail or by post. It must be presented upon arrival.

The balance will be payable 1 month before the start of your stay by online payment by credit card.

There will be no refund or even early departure for any reason. You have the option of taking out cancellation insurance to overcome this risk.

The rentals correspond to accommodation for a maximum of 4 people for 2-bedroom mobile homes and 6 people for 3-bedroom mobile homes.

Visitors are admitted under the responsibility of the hosts who receive them after presenting themselves at the campsite reception for registration and payment of the passage through the campsite. In the event of non-compliance with this clause, management may ask you to regularize this debt on pain of exercising its right to breach of contract.

Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday (July and August) from 3:00 p.m. and vacated before 10 a.m. Make an appointment for the exit inventory on your arrival. You must advise us of any delay in your arrival, in writing or by telephone. Without any information from you, the mobile home will then be allocated to another customer the next morning.

Two deposits will be required on your arrival for the rental of a mobile home:

• A deposit of € 300.00 will be required for the rental of a mobile home.
• A deposit of € 60.00 for cleaning the mobile home. The household remains at your expense. These deposits can be paid by check or in cash.

For your comfort, no tent is allowed on a mobile home site.
Only one vehicle is authorized on the plot of the mobile home. Visitors’ vehicles must not enter the campsite.

FOR HEALTH REASONS RELATED TO COVID-19:

The health pass is requested upon arrival of holidaymakers.

The water park opens from mid-June and closes mid-September: swimming pools from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. and water slide from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m. in July-August. And from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in June and September. Please note, for hygienic reasons, only swimming trunks and boxers are allowed in the swimming pool enclosure (shorts, Bermuda shorts, etc … are prohibited).

It is strictly forbidden to eat or drink in the swimming pool enclosure.
All of these conditions must be observed in order to maintain better quality and cleanliness of the bathing water.

Entertainment is offered during the summer. In the event of rain or thunderstorm (s), the entertainment will unfortunately be canceled. The children’s club (5-10 years old) is open free of charge from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm, Monday to Friday. Children must report to the animation club as soon as it opens at 10:30 am to register for the creative activities (Please note that places are limited).

Barbecues are prohibited, locations are provided for this purpose.
Unless you refuse, the campsite reserves the right to use all photographic media in which you may appear for publication in our campsite brochure la Comtesse.

In the event of a problem of significant nuisance (s) or degradation (s) on your pitch, residence or on the Comtesse campsite, you may be asked to leave early and you will have to pay us the various repair costs in order to be able to balance your customer account.
