Regarding reservation and rental

How can I book?
You can book directly on the site online.
You will be asked for 30% of the amount of your rental as a deposit.
Are you Vacaf approved?
Yes, we are VACAF approved
How is the mobile home arranged?
Each rental is equipped with dishes for 6 or 8 people depending on the model, coffee maker, microwave, 4-burner gas hob, NO OVEN, refrigerator, duvets, pillows, you will find the complete inventory in the “accommodation / mobile home”.
J’ai bien compris que ma location ne sera disponible qu’à partir de 15H00 le samedi. Puis-je, néanmoins, arriver plus tôt ?
Oui, vous pouvez arriver le matin HORS JUILLET & AOUT moyennant une redevance de 25 €
Is my dog allowed in the rental?
No, small dogs are only allowed on the camping pitches, and they must be kept on a leash within the campsite. Their owners must collect their pet’s droppings.
Family and / or friends are thinking of joining me for a few days in the mobile home. What is the procedure ?
Guests from outside the campsite can join you for a supplement to be paid on arrival of € 5 for the day and € 25 for the night.
I am thinking of putting a tent canvas next to the mobile home, is that possible?
Yes if this has been seen at the time of rental and with a supplement of 16 € per day.
Can our friends join us by camping-car?
Yes, they will need to rent a pitch for the duration of their stay.
Do you hire cots and / or high chairs for babies?
Yes for baby cots, in return for € 3 per day or € 15 per week.
However, we strongly recommend that you book them in advance!
On my arrival, do I have to provide a deposit?
Absolutely ! You will be asked for two deposits:
One of € 300 to guarantee compliance with the rental facility, the other of € 60 to ensure that the accommodation is clean when you leave.
An inventory is made on your departure. The deposits will then be returned to you, with a possible deduction of any missing item, the cost of damage and / or cleaning costs which it is agreed that the fixed price is 60 euros.
Can you pay for your stay with holiday vouchers or holiday vouchers?
Being ANCV approved, you can therefore pay by holiday vouchers.
We also accept credit cards (Visa, Master Card, etc.) as another means of payment.
Do I have to make an appointment for departure?

Yes, the departure appointment is compulsory for all mobile home rentals. You will be asked for a departure time when you arrive at reception.

Concerning your stay

How many kilometers away is the supermarket?

You will find a Spar mini-market in St Lons les Mines 800m away or supermarkets in the neighboring towns. You will find a Carrefour Market in Peyrehorade, about a 10-minute drive away.

Is there a laundromat on the campsite?
Yes, there is a small wooden chalet next to sanitary 1 in which you will find a washing machine and a dryer which is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
The machines work with coins, € 5 for the washing machine, € 3 for the dryer.
You will find laundry capsules for sale at reception for € 1.
Can I use my own laundry?
Yes, no worries.
Are barbecues allowed?

Barbecues are only authorized in the areas provided for this purpose.

Do you have wifi?
Wifi is available via prepaid cards.

What are the swimming pool opening hours?
The swimming pools are open every day from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. during the summer season and from 2:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. in June and September
Are the swimming pools heated?
No the swimming pools are neither heated nor covered
What are the dimensions of the swimming pools?
For the large pool: 16 X 8 meters with a depth of 1m70
Paddling pool dimensions: 9 x 6 m depth: 40 to 80 cm
Are swim shorts allowed?
For hygienic reasons, only swimsuits are accepted in the pool, boxer shorts are tolerated.
Are the swimming pools supervised?
No, there is no lifeguard. This is why children should be accompanied by their parents or a responsible adult.
Do you offer entertainment throughout the season?
We only offer entertainment in July and August.
Do you have a children's club?
Yes, we do have a children’s club where an animator will take care of your children aged 5 to 10 years old. We ask parents, when possible, to register the child the day before in order to know the number of children present because our facilitator can only take care of 12 children.
In the event of a litigation with your establishment, who should I contact?
In the event of a dispute and after having contacted the management of the establishment, any campsite customer has the option of entering a consumer mediator, within a maximum period of one year from the date of the written complaint, by registered letter. with acknowledgment of receipt, to the operator.
